It is imperative to arrive 30 minutes before scheduled appointment time to finalize administrative formalities and the safety briefing.
All arrivals less than 10 minutes before departure will be considered as a cancellationwith no possibility of postponement or refund.
In case of change or impossibility to arrive at the agreed time, the deposit paid will be retained as compensation.
No postponements or changes will not be carried out for any reason other than at the company's discretion.

One bank card per jet ski is preferred.
The minimum age required to drive a jet ski is 16 years old (16 years and 1 day).
In case of unforeseen problems requiring the cancellation of a jet skiplease contact us immediately.
All last-minute changes on siteincluding a reduction in the number of reserved jet skis, will not be accepted.
