Trainee's declaration

1. Terms & Conditions

• Declare that you are aware of the minimum physical fitness requirements, as set out by the instructor.
• Undertakes to comply strictly with the instructions given by the instructor:
  • speed limits,
  • priority rules,
  • navigation zone buoyage.
• Undertakes to wear a lifejacket at all times during the activity.

2. Commercial Clauses

• Declares to take charge of a watercraft in perfect condition.
• Assumes full responsibility for any failure to comply with the instructor's instructions.
• Undertakes to :
  • sail more than 200 metres from any other personal watercraft (PWC) or boat,
  • wear the circuit breaker throughout the activity.
• Acknowledges having been informed :
  • local sailing conditions,
  • authorized development zones,
  • VNM handling.
• Undertakes to remain within the monitor's field of vision at all times.
• Is informed that any breach of these instructions may result in immediate interruption of the activity, with no possibility of reimbursement.
• Agrees that :
  • The VNM supplied are not guaranteed against damage or theft.
  • Personal injury to the trainee is not covered in the event of an accident.
  • A franchise for 2000 € will be required:
    • in the event of breakage, accident, immobilization or seizure of the NMV,
    • without prejudice to full reimbursement of costs not covered by the lessor's insurance.

Clause specific to jet-ski rentals with boating licence

• A deposit of :
  • 4000 € for the rental of a GTX 130hp,
  • 6000 € for the rental of a GTX 300hp.
• If the agreed rental time is exceeded, a surcharge of 2 per minute started will be billed.

3. Jurisdiction

In the event of a dispute, the competent court will be that of the company's registered office.
