Jet-ski and boat rental with or without license
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) govern all services offered by the company Jet Liberty. All reservations imply full and unreserved acceptance of these conditions.
Jet Liberty offers jet-ski and boat rental services, with or without a license, to individuals and groups, according to the terms and conditions defined below.
It is please arrive 30 minutes before the scheduled appointment time to finalize administrative formalities and attend the mandatory safety briefing.
All arrivals less than 10 minutes before departure time will be considered as a cancellation by the customerwith no possibility of postponement or refund.
All reservations are considered firm and definitive once a deposit has been paid.
In the event of a change, delay or inability to arrive at the agreed time, the deposit paid will be retained as compensation.
No postponements or changes can be madefor any reason whatsoever (personal, medical, transport, personal weather conditions, etc.), except in the case of exceptional and discretionary decisions by Jet Liberty.
By booking, the customer acknowledges having read and accepted these conditions. No dispute can be based on an alleged lack of information..
Payment by ANCV vacation vouchers are accepted for up to 50 % of the total cost of the service..
On the day of the activity, each participant must present :
A valid identity card.
A credit card by jet ski (highly recommended) as a guarantee.
Without these documents, Jet Liberty reserves the right to refuse access to the activity. without reimbursement.
The minimum age required to drive a jet ski is 16 years old (16 years and 1 day).
For licensed boats, the valid and original boating licence is mandatory.
For boats without a license, the driver must be of legal age and able to understand and apply the safety instructions.
Jet Liberty reserves the right to refuse access to any person whose behavior or physical/psychic state is deemed dangerous (alcohol, drugs, risky behavior).
In the event of an unforeseen problem requiring the cancellation of a jet ski prior to the service, the customer must contact Jet Liberty immediately.
Last-minute changes on siteThese include a reduction in the number of reserved jet skis or boats, will not be accepted.
No partial or total refund will be made in the event of the customer's withdrawal.
Activities may be cancelled or modified by Jet Liberty for safety reasons related to weather or sea conditions.
In this case only, Jet Liberty may offer a postponement or a credit note, with no obligation to refund.
The customer's personal or subjective weather conditions do not constitute a valid reason for cancellation.
Participants agree to comply strictly with safety instructions, navigation rules and maritime regulations in force.
Any material damage caused to the rented equipment (jet ski, boat, equipment) will be charged. entirely at the customer's expense.
The customer is civilly and criminally liable for any incident, accident or infringement occurring during the rental period.
Jet Liberty declines all responsibility for loss, theft or damage to personal effects.
A bank imprint or security deposit may be required prior to departure.
This deposit may be used to cover property damage, losses, breaches or non-compliance with these GCS.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Jet Liberty reserves the right to use photos and videos taken during the activities for promotional purposes (website, social networks, commercial media).
The present General Terms and Conditions of Sale are subject to the French law. In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be preferred. Failing this, the competent courts will be those within the jurisdiction of Jet Liberty's registered office.
