General Terms and Conditions (GTC)<\/h1>

Company: Jet Liberty<\/strong>
Jet-ski and boat rental with or without license<\/p>

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) govern all services offered by the company Jet Liberty<\/strong>. All reservations imply full and unreserved acceptance of these conditions.<\/p>

1. Purpose<\/h2>

Jet Liberty offers jet-ski and boat rental services, with or without a license, to individuals and groups, according to the terms and conditions defined below.<\/p>

2. Reservation Terms and Conditions<\/h2>

\ud83d\udccd Arrival & Presentation<\/h3>

  • It is please arrive 30 minutes before the scheduled appointment time<\/strong> to finalize administrative formalities and attend the mandatory safety briefing.<\/p><\/li>

  • All arrivals less than 10 minutes before departure time<\/strong> will be considered as a cancellation by the customer<\/strong>with no possibility of postponement or refund.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

    \ud83d\udcb3 Booking & Deposit<\/h3>

    • All reservations are considered firm and definitive once a deposit has been paid.<\/p><\/li>

    • In the event of a change, delay or inability to arrive at the agreed time, the deposit paid will be retained as compensation<\/strong>.<\/p><\/li>

    • No postponements or changes can be made<\/strong>for any reason whatsoever (personal, medical, transport, personal weather conditions, etc.), except in the case of exceptional and discretionary decisions by Jet Liberty.<\/p><\/li>

    • By booking, the customer acknowledges having read and accepted these conditions. No dispute can be based on an alleged lack of information.<\/strong>.<\/p><\/li>

    • Payment by ANCV vacation vouchers are accepted for up to 50 % of the total cost of the service.<\/strong>.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

      3. Required documents<\/h2>

      On the day of the activity, each participant must present :<\/p>

      • A valid identity card<\/strong>.<\/p><\/li>

      • A credit card by jet ski<\/strong> (highly recommended) as a guarantee.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

        Without these documents, Jet Liberty reserves the right to refuse access to the activity. without reimbursement<\/strong>.<\/p>

        4. Age and Aptitude Requirements<\/h2>

        • The minimum age required to drive a jet ski is 16 years old (16 years and 1 day)<\/strong>.<\/p><\/li>

        • For licensed boats, the valid and original boating licence<\/strong> is mandatory.<\/p><\/li>

        • For boats without a license, the driver must be of legal age and able to understand and apply the safety instructions.<\/p><\/li>

        • Jet Liberty reserves the right to refuse access to any person whose behavior or physical\/psychic state is deemed dangerous (alcohol, drugs, risky behavior).<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

          5. On-site cancellation and modification<\/h2>

          • In the event of an unforeseen problem requiring the cancellation of a jet ski prior to the service, the customer must contact Jet Liberty immediately<\/strong>.<\/p><\/li>

          • Last-minute changes on site<\/strong>These include a reduction in the number of reserved jet skis or boats, will not be accepted<\/strong>.<\/p><\/li>

          • No partial or total refund will be made in the event of the customer's withdrawal.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

            6. Weather conditions<\/h2>

            • Activities may be cancelled or modified by Jet Liberty for safety reasons related to weather or sea conditions.<\/p><\/li>

            • In this case only, Jet Liberty may offer a postponement or a credit note, with no obligation to refund.<\/p><\/li>

            • The customer's personal or subjective weather conditions do not constitute a valid reason for cancellation.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

              7. Liability & Insurance<\/h2>

              • Participants agree to comply strictly with safety instructions, navigation rules and maritime regulations in force.<\/p><\/li>

              • Any material damage caused to the rented equipment (jet ski, boat, equipment) will be charged. entirely at the customer's expense<\/strong>.<\/p><\/li>

              • The customer is civilly and criminally liable for any incident, accident or infringement occurring during the rental period.<\/p><\/li>

              • Jet Liberty declines all responsibility for loss, theft or damage to personal effects.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

                8. Security deposit<\/h2>

                • A bank imprint or security deposit may be required prior to departure.<\/p><\/li>

                • This deposit may be used to cover property damage, losses, breaches or non-compliance with these GCS.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

                  9. Image rights<\/h2>

                  Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Jet Liberty reserves the right to use photos and videos taken during the activities for promotional purposes (website, social networks, commercial media).<\/p>

                  10. Applicable Law and Disputes<\/h2>

                  The present General Terms and Conditions of Sale are subject to the French law<\/strong>. In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be preferred. Failing this, the competent courts will be those within the jurisdiction of Jet Liberty's registered office.<\/p>
