Reservation Terms and Conditions<\/strong><\/h3>

In order to ensure that your activity runs smoothly, please take note of the following conditions, which you accept by validating your booking:<\/p>

\ud83d\udccd Arrival & Presentation<\/strong><\/h3>

  • It is imperative to arrive 30 minutes before scheduled appointment time<\/strong> to finalize administrative formalities and the safety briefing.<\/p><\/li>

  • All arrivals less than 10 minutes before departure<\/strong> will be considered as a cancellation<\/strong>with no possibility of postponement or refund.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

    \ud83d\udcb3 Reservation & Deposit<\/strong><\/h3>

    • In case of change<\/strong> or impossibility<\/strong> to arrive at the agreed time, the deposit paid will be retained<\/strong> as compensation.<\/p><\/li>

    • No postponements or changes<\/strong> will not be carried out for any reason other than at the company's discretion.<\/p><\/li>

    • When you book, you acknowledge having read and accepted these conditions<\/strong>and you cannot claim not to have been informed.<\/p><\/li>

    • Payment in ANCV is possible up to 50 percent of the total price.<\/li><\/ul>

      \ud83e\udeaa Required documents<\/strong><\/h3>

      • Identity card required<\/strong> for each participant.<\/p><\/li>

      • One bank card per jet ski<\/strong> is preferred.<\/p><\/li>

      • The minimum age required to drive a jet ski is 16 years old (16 years and 1 day)<\/strong>.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

        \u26a0\ufe0f On-site cancellations and changes<\/strong><\/h3>

        • In case of unforeseen problems requiring the cancellation of a jet ski<\/strong>please contact us immediately<\/strong>.<\/p><\/li>
